This is the company name for resident owners of Millacres properties, all owners have one share in GMML which is part of the lease agreement.
The directors of this company are a group of residents who form as directors of GMML the Management company for Millacres.
We are residents who have volunteered to act on your behalf to manage the finances and duties related to the running of Millacres.

Amber Management are our Managing Agent appointed by GMML.
Amber are responsible for the day to day management and service organising of Millacres working along side GMML.
Amber should be your first point of contact for day to day issues within Millacres.

Our Contractors
We have a number of preferred contractors who provide service for Millacres.
These include garden maintenance, cleaning and general maintenance.

We also have an approved supplier and fitter for updating existing windows to UPVC type window, using a UPVC profile approved for Millacres by the Freeholder.

ABOUT
Millacres - Located on the south bank of the River Lea, the building was originally a flour mill and now converted in to residential apartments, here we now have a beautifully laid out development of enclosed courtyards and gardens and has parking for both residents and visitors.
The Millacres development was built between 1989 and 1991. The development is centred next to a converted 1880’s warehouse – the Frenlight Mill – six new build interlinked blocks comprise, with the conversion, a total of 82 apartments.
